Melissa T. Westall, AuD - Audiologist
Dr. Westall relocated to the Triad Area from Maryland in 1993 to she received her BS in the field of Deaf Education. Dr. Westall spent a year in the field of education before returning to college for a degree in Audiology. In 2004, she graduated from the University of Louisville with her Doctorate in Audiology. She has worked with Dr. Kirkland in the Triad area since 2003.
Dr. Westall is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology (AAA) as well as a member of the local NC chapter of AAA. She keeps abreast of exciting advances and techniques in the field of Audiology through numerous continuing education classes throughout the year.
Dr. Westall lives in Greensboro and enjoys spending time with her husband, Bob, their new daughter, Peyton, and their two dogs. She spends her free time traveling to visit family and friends, golfing and reading.
Penny Miller - Office Manager
Penny graduated from Kings College with a degree in Medical Office Assisting. She has over 19 years of experience in the hearing healthcare industry and has worked extensively with local industries and their Hearing Conservation Programs. Penny enjoys working with our patients and looks forward to hearing about new happenings in their lives when they come to the office.
Penny was born and raised in High Point and now resides in Archdale with her husband, Eric, and their two sons, Alex and Josh. They are very involved with Cub Scouting in their community. Penny attends Trinity Baptist Church where she serves on various ministries, including Sunday School Teacher and Nursery Coordinator. She enjoys camping with her family, reading and spending time with her dogs.
